What to look for and who to meet

ISPO 2026 takes place at RAI Amsterdam after previous editions in Munich. It brings together the sports, outdoor and winter sports supply chain. The 3 November summit and 4–5 November exhibition are distinct phases: arrange stand meetings on the Expo days.

Before the fair

Build two lists: brands and distributors for range buying, and materials and manufacturers for product development. For each meeting specify season, market, price segment and target items. Allow time to compare sizes, finishes and samples; link every note to the supplier and exact variant, asking permission before taking photographs.

Questions to ask at the stand

• Which territories and sales channels can this offer serve?
• Which sizes, colours, minimum orders and delivery windows apply to the chosen season?
• Who will send samples, specifications and a quotation for the item we discussed?

Registration and admission

Choose a pass for the activities you plan to attend: summit participation and exhibition access are different. Check categories, conditions and included services on the ISPO website. The full programme runs 3–5 November, but Expo stands open on 4 and 5 November. Plan travel to Amsterdam and verify meeting hall locations.
